Aquamarine Sterling

I have a sterling silver ring (band) with clear and aquamarine swarovski crystals around. How do I clean it?

The clear crystals seem to be turning black. But it doesn't look like a surface thing. It seems to be turning black from the inside. Could regular exposure to water be the cause? (I never take the ring off, and have it on even when taking a bath)

soak it in warm soapy water (washing up liquid soapy) - leave for half an hour & then get an old toothbrush & gently scrub the top & underneath to shift dirt. rinse in warm water & that will be like new.

all it needs is a clean up once in a while.....nothing wrong with the ring it's just a dirt build up.
