First date outfit - date is in the afternoon. Opinions or suggestions?

I'm a bit out of touch with the whole date business but I have what I think constitutes a date on Saturday afternoon. He's a bit of a metaller I suppose but aside from my dark purple hair (and the tattoo's!) I'm not seriously alternative.

What ever you feel comfortable in. Don't try and dress to match his style if he's seriously alternative and you're not. Just be comfortable, it's you not your outfit that should make a long lasting impression

Before talking about how you can use pins, first lets talk a little about their history, so you'll appreciate a brooch the next time you see one.
