"Stirling Silver Design" is just saying the the deisgn of the piece of jewellery is stirling silver, so yeah it is real.
The "surgical post" (the bit that goes through your ear) won't be stirling silver because it needs to be a metal that wont infect your ear, which stirling silver sometimes does to people, depending on their skin type.

The transceiver has two functions, is both a receiver and a transmitter that combine to form a unit and work on the same circuit. In some cases, the circuit is not be shared, in this case it is a transceiver, which was originally invented in the 1920s. Transceivers must combine a large part of the handling circuits the transmitter and receiver share in order to be considered as a transceiver, not a transceiver.
