Spring is here, alas! It is a time when everything is fresh and new. The flowers begin to bloom, love is in the air, and our thoughts go to lose those unwanted winter kilos.

Short dark days have led to inactivity and the pounds that have accumulated. Hordes of beautiful bodies will address to Waikiki, Newport, Malibu, Santa Monica, Padre Island and Pompano Beach. Want to be one of the headers of fun in the sun or the winter fat that will remain too ashamed to show himself in a bikini?

These words of wisdom are to encourage and help those who want to cut ten or fifteen dog pounds and that little belly that was obtained during the winter blahs.

Pay close attention and follow these tips and you'll see results. The things I'm about to share with you are not just empty words. These words of wisdom that require action on your part. Do not just read these words and think that is a good council "and then forget about them. Get up and do something about it.

1. Relax your salt intake. That means not only to limit the use of the salt shaker on the table. It also means not eating foods high in salt such as bacon, ham, cheese, fries, popcorn, corn, nuts, etc.

2. Add the yogurt, buttermilk, or dietary supplement conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in their daily intake.

3. Drink water - lots of water!

4. Exercise - start walking and using ab-doer who has kept in the closet. Do any exercise you want. The important point here is to get moving.

5. Limit calories at snack time to no more than 200-250.

6. Do not eat for four hours before bedtime. If you go to bed at midnight, do not eat after 8pm. Never go to bed feeling full!

7. Keep a journal. This is not the "write-down-all-you-eat-Journal. Must be a journal where you write their thoughts and feelings, successes and failures, weights and measures. It is your all-Journal. You can record the foods you eat, if you want, but that is not the only purpose of the magazine.
