Where can I find a nose hoop that looks and fits like this?

I want to find a nose hoop that fits tightly on my nose, kinda likes its pinching it but not. The nose hoop i bought was a 5/16 and it didnt fit at all the hoop was soo tiny, heres the exact picture

you can try claires or someplace they have different kinds of nose rings earrings belly rings ect... the answer about the bull was funny but rude.
