If communism fell, what should the flag of China look like?
I think that the red should be retained, albeit as a stripe and not the whole flag itself, because red historically (before the communists) is a lucky color. The other color i would like to be included is white to symbolize the goddess of democracy which was at the forefront of the democratic protests in Tiananmen Square.
I think that there should be a yin/yang symbol above a silhouettte of the forbidden city palace.
I don't know if a dragon/phoenix should be included because that has connotations of monarchy.
What symbols, colors, and designs do you think would do?
