Neck rings were a ritual that Thailand women used. The rings were put around the necks producing an effect that although more of an optical illusion than real elongating it has the unfortunate characteristic of seriously oppressing the collarbones and ribs into an unnatural shape.
why would you want to do that to yourself? the only way would be to make a real one, and i don't think you want to do that. use a doll or something( a barbie would work great) and just put some of your rings around her neck. =)
