Why do people say that Jehovah's Witnesses use a different Bible?

Such critics are less concerned with magnifying the Divine Author and more concerned with demeaning Jehovah's Witnesses. Jehovah's Witnesses have distributed more than 145 million copies of "New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures", in dozens of languages.

Jehovah's Witnesses certainly like NWT, but they are happy to use any translation which an interested person may prefer, and in fact Jehovah's Witnesses themselves distribute other translations besides NWT. Jehovah's Witnesses attach no particular infallibility or inspiration to NWT.

The "New World Translation Committee" which oversaw the translation work request anonymity 'en perpetuity', and are likely all dead since the primary work was completed 45 years ago. Guesses at specific names have always been merely guesses. Since the same manuscripts used by the NWT translators are still widely available for study, and since there are dozens of alternate translations for comparison, anyone who chooses to use NWT does so informedly.

It seems that the vast majority of the criticism against the New World Translation is actually as a proxy for blind hatred against Jehovah's Witnesses. The hatred must be "blind" since secular experts of biblical Hebrew and Greek have consistently refused to condemn any particular verse or phrase as an unacceptable translation. Instead, it is religionists with preconceived theologies who bigotedly insist upon particular wordings, since these are necessary to prop up the shaky tenets of their false worship.

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

It seems significant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:

(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.

Press Release Within a company

Most investors read press releases from the company, but not read between the lines to understand what direction is the company. Too often, a company tries to say everything in the title and first paragraph. Why? Because they know, like us, that most investors analyze the title, a few sentences and perhaps look for some exercise or intercepts the technical data (which few really understand.) So the investor sees the share price reacts to news, rejoicing or complaining on a stock chat board. Often, key phrases or sentences are buried within of the release, sometimes near the bottom. These can give you a clue as to what is really happening with the company.

We stopped some press releases Recent companies have been pursuing several uranium to help investors read between the lines. Only one acute assessment, each statement ruthless press, or a series of news releases, could give an accurate interpretation of how well the company is doing. Fortunately, the guide that follows can help better understand what is really happening with the plans of the company.

Northwestern Mineral Ventures (TSX-V: NWT; OTCBB: NWTMF) announced on Thursday the completion of its inquiry into the air. It also announced multiple potential uranium targets in the country of Niger (Africa). Reading a previous interview we conducted with Dr. John North, director of this company, he said: "There seems no shortage of drill targets on the concessions." What was the big news? The director general announced that he had "identified several targets near the surface with a significant potential for uranium mineralization." That was not the news. Not at all. I knew it!

The companies covered 24,000 km of line, more than 14,000 miles. Your first step is through cherry picking. The real news was buried in the third paragraph, "... in the air over a second survey to delimit the areas with strong uranium potential is expected to start in the summer. "That should select the strongest objectives for drilling at a later stage of exploration of the company. That line also told us that had very encouraging news. If the uranium confirms the potential for strong seconds in the air, raising money to push the project through drilling and exploration in will be more easily advanced.

Forsys Metals Corp (TSX: FSY) announced on May 28 a new "detailed drilling," on deposit of the Valencia uranium company in Namibia (Africa). Closely spaced reverse circulation drilling will help add more "measured" resources for the study of viability. Increasing the measured resource will make it easier for the company to raise money to develop a uranium mine or sell its deposit liabilities to a large company. Sounds good, but a news article Forsys Metals posted on its website is of most interest to us.

A major obstacle to further development of the deposits of low-grade uranium in Namibia is water. These projects are in a desert. You need water, lots of it mine. On 26 May, the newspaper published a very encouraging Namibia - A good news not only for the Rossing mine, but also for Forsys Metals & UraMin (which also hopes to start mining uranium in Namibia). What was the news? In a breakfast meeting on water conservation and management organized by the Namibia Economic Society (NES) on Wednesday, NamWater Väino Shivute CEO, said: "The desalination plant is back on the table. We are looking into it once again to restart it, examine the problems of the past and learn from that. "With the theme of water on its way to a possible solution expect a greater interest in Namibia.

Energy Metals Corporation (TSX: EMC.TO) announced that it will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday. quote EMC Chief Executive Paul Matysek as explained that because of this, it would be possible that "... the company to reach a broader base of individual investors investment funds and institutional investors. "In other words, there would be less reliance on retail investors, and the dependence of the largest funds to crowd in shares of EMC. Of course, little will join the party too.

UR-Energy Inc (TSX: URE.TO) issued a series of press releases between June 5 and Thursday, announcing a series of important events. First, they confirmed their uranium resources in its two primary properties, Lost Creek and Lost Soldier, in Wyoming, by filing National Instrument 43-101 of the documents. Both petitions were above historical resource estimates. Secondly, the company confirmed the leaching of uranium on its Lost Soldier.

Why is it so important? Without the ability to leach the uranium through a site reclamation project, the company had been forced to raise money for an open operation more expensive. In a previous interview, President Executive Bill Boberg told us the permeability would be a go, no-go consideration in the project. It seems to be an opportunity. Thursday's press release confirmed that, but buried at the bottom of the press release was more revealing news. The company is conducting environmental and hydrological studies engineering to "generate baseline data."

During the course of our research in Wyoming, we discovered a company must provide at least one year of baseline data before it can submit its application for a permit to mine in that state. The other piece of data in the press release was UR-Energy has been working on this and is expected to submit its request in mid-2007. In other words, the company is moving forward quickly to establish its In Situ Recovery operation.

Uranerz Energy (OTC BB: URNZ) issued a press release very significant, which may explain the direction where they go. On 5 June, the company announced a new CFO. URNZ also announced it had closed a financing, money comes across less than $ 12 million. URNZ CEO Glenn Catchpole told us he hoped to launch its first In-situ recovery operation around or less than $ 10 million. This is a good sign. However, it was the next day news release that confirmed the news earlier and reinforced where the company is going. The company announced the appointment of three independent directors to its board. All three were appointed to the audit committee. There are two counters with an impressive track record and the third He holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, one of the best MBA schools in North America. How to interpret this press release? Probably URNZ plans move from humble bulletin board to combat a higher exchange: Amex or NASDAQ Small Cap would be our assumption.

What to do with a company that has not been issuing a series of press releases? Take Strathmore Minerals (TSX: STM; Other OTC: STHJF) as an example. There are numerous developments, but news flow has been pretty quiet. Have you reached an impasse? No, quite the opposite.

We did what any investor should always do in the absence important news. We picked up the phone and called his investor relations department. During a brief chat with Craig Christy, a spokesman for the company, asked about the cash position of the company. He said: "We have about C $ 0.55/share in cash." Based on the closing price on Thursday, which comes to more than 30 percent of what the market is valuing STM. That's up to C $ 0.37/share earlier this year. STM has a lot of money cash and is in an excellent financial position.

We looked through our copy of Hargreave Hale Report, entitled, "Too Hot to Handle or Just warming? This is a major British financial institution, based in London. On page 32 of your document, we reviewed a financial analysis of 33 major uranium producers in Canada and Australia and development companies. The bar graph represents Uranium Enterprise Value (UREV) per pound U3O8 adjusted risk of Reserves and Resources of the thirty-three companies. A horizontal line across the graph, which shows the "value reasonableness "of around U.S. $ 4 million for each company UREV adjusted per pound.

It is interesting to study how STM stacked up against many of the companies mining popular. Companies such as Mega Uranium (TSX: MGA) rated at about U.S. $ 28 million - about 700 percent more than the Hargreave Hale "value reasonable analysis. Crosshair Exploration and Mining traded about 500 percent of their fair value. UEX scored twice above its fair value. The Companies such as Uranium Resources, Western Prospector, Paladin Resources and Energy UrAsia scored at or very close to its fair value. Strathmore Minerals had the lowest rating of fair value - An absolute steal at about 30 percent of its fair value. About 16 companies traded above its fair value some well above the Hargreave Hale fair value analysis. It was enlightening to find Strathmore was with producers and ERA of Australia, IUC, Uranium One and Denison as an undervalued uranium company. In this case, was the most undervalued of all the 33 companies analyzed by the City of London financial institution.

We also found that a week ago, Strathmore Minerals president David Miller presented at the invitation-only Raymond James In-Situ Leach Uranium Mini-Conference Toronto and Montreal on June 7 and 8. You can visit the Raymond James website for the webcast of the presentation of David Miller, but has restricted access. Others present were used uranium resources and power metal. We were fortunate to review the PowerPoint presentation of David Miller. One word describes the presentation of Miller: Wow! It's really a package of punch. We hear Raymond James may be the release of these presentations to the public in the near future.

Sometimes when there is a lack of news, you can learn to dig around and find a company may be doing very well. In other cases, one can study the press releases and try to unite the company is headed.
