How to decorate my apartment with a zen/Asian style?

I'm moving into a new, smaller apartment and would love a minimalistic, calming decor. I can't afford to spend too much, but I am very crafty, own a sewing machine. I have a set of textured red curtains that look gorgeous.

I love bamboo roman shades paired with beautiful curtains. Keep your furniture very minimal, and get a few asian inspired throw pillows for your couch, or chairs or whatever you have. Something that will match your curtains. Or you can find some fun asian inspired fabric to make the throw pillows out of (try e-bay for some cheap fabrics).

You could do a couple of throw pillows out of that.

I would leave everything else very minimal, maybe do a nice mirrow with a big frame (black or something pretty plain). I would do a lot of natural things, like the bamboo shades, maybe a seagrass or jute rug,

Maybe a woven trunk for storage that can double as an ottoman. I recently picked up 3 of these at my local target, but they were 50% off.

They are darker in color as they appear on the website. I have used two pushed next to each other as a coffee table, and one as a side table next to a chair in my living room.

What is most important, is to bring stuff into the room that makes you feel the most comfortable in your space. I have "inspiration pieces" in all my rooms that really make the room for me. In my living room it's a palm tree painting from a local artist here, every time I look at it, I'm absorbed into it for a little while.

In my bedroom it's my down european pillows on my bed, They are so comfortable and comforting. Find something that you LOVE and build your room off of that. But use it as your "main attraction".

I thought buying online would be a good idea for my wedding reception accessories and supplies. It was a good idea, I found all kinds of decorative styles and colors, and I also found several weddings to choose from. I found some I liked very neat ideas for themed weddings and receptions, that I really liked. I thought it we were getting married in January would be the perfect time for a Winter Wonderland beautiful wedding and reception party. When I think of a Christmas wedding ceremony, a tree and decorations, almost chose December as our wedding date. However, a winter wedding is very beautiful, at least all the accessories I've seen were. Hence, I decided it was definitely a winter wedding. Now it was time to put my plans in motion.

They had the most beautiful invitations for Winter Wonderland our customers. Then I went to all the winter accessories for our wedding ceremony, flower basket ring pillow the girl child. I thought I had everything what I needed for the perfect wedding Winter Wonderland, but I was wrong. I forgot a book of wedding guests and the Wedding Pen Set for our friends and family to sign. Then I looked out all the books of winter and results of PEN SETS available wedding until I found just the right one for our ceremony. Our book of wedding guests had little snowflakes and tennis blue crystals and little in it. Along with our beautiful winter themed Guestbook theme was winter feathers wedding to match. It was time to see some ideas for decorating the reception and get our supplies. There was everything for the perfect wedding and I started with the Winter Wonderland champagne flute glass with a winter theme decorative stems, designed as our guest book and wedding pen. They were so fantastic future. Our reception desks were absolutely exquisite, with all glass, candles and R chosen. If you're like me and my boyfriend and you're watching your budget, this place can really help with accessories wholesale and supplies have to offer. As beautiful as it all was, is hard to believe that not cost much more.

They have an excellent selection of ornaments wedding for you to choose from. Topper was the perfect wedding for the bride and groom and the joys of winter. We had a magnificent five-tier wedding cake winter snowflakes and sugar along with blue and red winter ice designs. Our choice of a stand wedding cake was a big silver sled. Our guests were really impressed with the idea of the sled silver cake stand that my boyfriend thought.

We snowman place card holders on the tables reception for our guests. We gave our little guests snowflake gel candles as wedding favor gifts thanks. One of the most beautiful decorations to the desk was wonderful snowflake boxes for wedding favors were confined to our friends and family. They really made the pictures look so festive. Everyone seemed to be having a great time and I think they liked the wedding favors we gave them. The wedding ceremony and reception was all that winter I wanted it to be, and I'm so glad I decided to give online buying a try. It really helped me out a lot with planning and decorating.
