Where can I find cool gauged earrings?
I want to start gauging my ears (nothing crazy; due to stretching they're already about a 16 anyway), but I don't want to be stuck wearing just plugs, as I like to wear long earrings. I've seen earrings before that have the gauged plugs but also pretty feathers and chain and whatnot hanging down. What are stores/websites where I can find such finery?
Please don't answer if you're going to tell me not to gauge my ears. I won't care.

Google search terms like 'body jewelry' 'organic gauge body jewelry' etc. These terms will help you find websites for yourself.
FYI, a 16g is not considered a stretched piercing. Piercers use 16g and 14g needles to pierce with, so those gauges are normal sizes. Stretched sizes begin at 12. Also, 'stretching' is the right term for what you are doing to your ears. Gauges are the size. While you might not be interested in becoming a part of the modified body lifestyle, it is good to at least know and understand the right terminology.
The kind of jewelry you are talking about, with the feathers and such, are usually DIY. The ornate hanging styles are expensive so be sure you are staying at the size you are at for awhile before you buy them. I promise you, it sucks to go up a size and leave behind all your pretty jewelry from the previous size.
Do it slowly. Take your time. If you go to fast, you can risk a blowout which will end up making your hole look like a cat butt. I am not joking. You can also rip the hole and cause infections. Either of these situations mean you have to let your hole reduce down to the beginning size and start over. I would not begin buying nice plugs and such until you are done stretching constantly. It can get very very expensive otherwise. Buy a simple pair of tapers or plugs and use those for awhile. Wait AT LEAST a month in between sizes and do not skip. A cheat and cheap way to stretch is to wrap on layer of black electric tape around the plug. one layer = one size. Replace the black electrical tape every few days to keep it clean.
Do not buy organics until you are done stretching and your hole is healed. Organics, like bone and wood, are porous and being such, can contain bacteria in the material. Metal is good but it causes more sebum growth then other matierals, like acrylic and glass. Sebum is white .. gunk, basically. Some call is ear cheese .It is nasty and it is a side effect of stretching. No matter what material you use, you will always have this. Clean your ears at least once a day but better yet, when you brush your teeth. Once in the morning and Once at night.
I am sorry if this is too much advice. I know you were only wanting websites but .. well I have been stretching for two years and anyone who is a beginner should be well informed. One mistake can ruin your stretching experience.
Emu oil, Vitamin E oil and Jojoba oil are some of the best to use for your ears. They keep things well oiled, can help thicken the skin and help with the ability for your ears to stretch. If you want to make a mix of all three (which is what I use) jojoba oil and emu oil can be used to a 1 to 1 ratio and the Vitamin E oil, use half as much. Shake the mix up each time you use it.

It is a common situation. You're sitting with a friend and a beautiful woman passes by the two. His friend leans over and says, "You think they're real?" You responds, "Totally implants. These are not actual ears." Fortunately, otoplasty (also known as cosmetic surgery of the ear) does not helps to know better, so that the beautiful woman does not hear their conversation.
What is it?
Otoplasty is a cosmetic surgery procedure aims to reduce the size of large ears.
