How come they never watch the white vote?
Me and my mom were talking about this today. Do white votes count? Have we ever counted? I see they watch the Hispanic vote too, but more of the black vote.
Also I am only curious as to why, and I wanted to share I voted for Obama today : ) ....long lines!
Because as the art and science of polling has evolved over the years, the black vote was one of the demographic labels that emerged as a major and influential political subset.
White voting blocs count too, of course, but more often you'll see poll data broken up into narrower demographic segments. Because the U.S. is overwhelmingly white, there's much less homogeneity among the "white" vote than the "black" vote.
You may also see references to gender, age groups arranged in clumps (women ages 18-35," for example), marital status, income, or religion.
These are all important demographics that pollsters try to isolate to give political campaigns (and the public) a better idea of which ideas/people/policies have support in different areas. The black demographic is particularly pertinent in this election, for obvious reasons.

If you had the opportunity to jump into an Avatar, right? I know I would! This is what Jake Sully, the character also known as Sam Worthington made in the soon-to-be hit epic Avatar. According to the trailer to see trailers from Apple, Jake Sully is a species of marine or soldier Furture. He seems to be in poor condition, is a wheelchair and has the accessories that accompany the life of him. Here are given the chance, or perhaps, to enter into an Avatar.
An Avatar is actually a body that can be transferred to the mind of Jake. When you go in surgeory skills in white medical room we see all kinds of computers and devices future that seems to transfer all of Jakes thoughts, emotions, memories, and more important in the host body Avatar. The reason for this is becaue the planet Avatars living in is not like Earth. Humans require oxygen in the air Avatars require different makeup. Also to survive on the planet alien will have to be the best you can and there is nothing better than a real Avatar body itself.
Now I want to give away the story to anyone who still has not seen, but I must say is amazing! I suggest you go see on your nearest 3-D IMAX theater. If you've seen the film and wants to see again, possibly, comfort the bed of your property, or continue reading room.
